AED funding · simulatedSetula helps UAE agencies pay overseas contractors with exact recipient amounts, invoice-linked records and verifiable USDC settlement on Arc.
Arc Testnet prototype · Fiat entry and payout rails simulated

Set the exact amount the contractor should receive.
AED funding · simulatedUSDC moves between institutional payment partners under the hood.
Arc settlement · realThe contractor receives INR while the business receives one reconciled record.
INR payout · simulatedSetula keeps funding, Arc settlement and local payout as separate states. Finance teams can see exactly where a payment is—and prove it with one reconciled record.
View the ArcScan proofChange the AED quote to trace value through the settlement route.
One payment cannot create two Arc transfers, even when a request is repeated.
Insufficient USDC balance produces SETTLEMENT_FAILED, never a misleading settled state.
The payment reaches DELIVERED only after the authenticated payout callback succeeds.
Validated product proof
Real Arc Testnet evidence sits beside simulated funding and payout status, all tied to one payment reference.
0x347ac773f6d28095…db022d4900Validated 3 August 2026 on Arc Testnet. The public hash and ArcScan link are real; AED funding and INR payout are simulated.
Failure recovery
A confirmed Arc settlement remains confirmed, while contractor delivery remains explicitly incomplete.
The MVP models rejection and refund states. It does not automate live local-payout correction or fiat refunds.
Infrastructure
Setula separates product-specific payment rules from reusable settlement, payout, evidence, and recovery components.
Why Arc
Arc is the demonstrated USDC settlement rail. It does not perform the simulated AED funding or local INR delivery.
The demonstrated payment moves USDC between payment-partner wallets on Arc Testnet.
Settlement value and network costs remain legible in dollar-denominated terms.
The payment advances only after Circle reports the successful terminal transaction state.
A transaction hash and ArcScan record make settlement machine-checkable and publicly inspectable.
Arc Testnet is used for this hackathon prototype; this page does not present it as production infrastructure.
Working prototype
Uses a real USDC settlement transaction on Arc Testnet.
